Bug Report

A bug report which you fill out is adopted into our bug database. After an initial check by our customer support department, a developer is charged with solving the problem.

You can find details of the problems which our customers have reported to us, along with tips and strategies for avoiding bugs on the FAQ Page.
In our discussion forums on FlexPro you can discuss the problem with colleagues.

1. Which software are you using?

2. Which version of the software are you using?
(You will find this information in "About FlexPro" in ?-Menu)

3. Which operating system are you using?

4. Please give a brief description of the problem:
(For example: "I can only open a maximum of three windows.")

5.a) If the problem can be reproduced, then please list the steps which lead to the problem. Please leave a row free between the individual stages.
(For example: "1. Set up a new file 2. Insert text...")

5.b) If the problem cannot be reproduced (Problem only occurs at irregular intervals), then please describe the situation in which it last occurred and describe the effects observed:
(Please Note: It is particularly difficult to eliminate an error which cannot be reproduced.)

6. If an error message appears in connection with the malfunction, then please enter the text of the message into the following field:
